First Edition 2024#00 Colab DD is an initiative by AANZ and ADI.Clinic to increase the deal collaboration between angel networks, at DD stage and subsequent investment syndication. This newsletter contains Company Profiles and Angel Profiles. Deal Champions can profile companies to help assemble a DD Team. Interested Angels can simply contact the Deal Champion. The subscriber list is strictly limited to Angels Who Do DD. The frequency is driven by deals seeking DD help but not more than once a week. Colab DD can offer a Google Drive based system to assist with the process. The system consists of a structured data room folder with restricted access for the company and the leader of the DD Team. The DD Team works in a separate folder that contains workings, notes, and the DD Canvas which is the final output. Access control is managed by the champion.
